Keeping The Ice Cream Cold

If you are creating a sundae bar, or serving multiple people ice cream, you are going to want to keep it cold. Store the tubs of ice cream in ice.

For birthday parties I sometimes freeze water balloons and fill a big tub with them. Then I nestle the ice cream between the frozen balloons.

It is a colorful and fun way to keep the ice cream from melting too quickly!
