Cheeseburger Casserole With Fries
Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- ½ cup onion diced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- ½ cup ketchup
- ½ cup dill pickles chopped
- 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese shredded and divided
- 10.5 ounce condensed cheddar cheese soup
- ½ cup milk
- 6 slices American cheese
- 16 ounces frozen crinkle fries
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375℉. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook 2 pounds lean ground beef, ½ cup onion, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper and ½ teaspoon garlic powder in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned, drain grease if necessary.
- Stir in ½ cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons yellow mustard, and diced ½ cup dill pickles.
- Mix in 1 cup shredded cheese, ½ cup milk, and 10.5 ounce condensed cheddar cheese soup.
- Add to the prepared baking dish, then top with a single layer of 6 slices American cheese.
- Top with 16 ounces frozen crinkle fries, then season with ½ teaspoon seasoned salt.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until fries are beginning to brown.
- Top with remaining ½ cup of shredded cheese, then bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve with your favorite burger condiments.
