Plate filled with cheeseburger pasta topped with diced tomatoes and a couple of bread and butter pickle chips.

I have probably only had Hamburger Helper once or twice in my life, but I imagine this recipe tastes a lot like a cheeseburger Hamburger Helper would. But better, of course!

As we were enjoying some crockpot cheeseburgers, it suddenly hit me that the filling would be great with pasta as well. So, that is how this recipe came to be.

The sauce is super creamy and cheesy thanks to the Velveeta. There is plenty of ground beef to make it filling and delicious.

You can use one pound instead of two if you are trying to stretch your grocery budget a bit. It will still be fabulous.

The bread and butter pickles and mustard help to balance out the dish and give it the cheeseburger flavor. You can eat it as is or top it with your favorite burger toppings.

Either way, this is a tasty dinner that you can have on the table in about 30 minutes. That is always a win in my book!

Signature that says Enjoy! Carlee.
