This cheeseburger pasta recipe is loaded with cheesy goodness. The whole family is going to love how it tastes and you are going to love how easy it is to make. It is a perfect weeknight meal.
Bring a large pot of salty water to a boil and cook the 16 ounces macaroni to al dente according the the package directions.
While the pasta is cooking, brown the 2 pounds lean ground beef, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the 1 medium onion and cook until translucent. Drain any excess grease.
Reduce the heat to medium low and stir in the 12 ounces Velveeta cheese, 12 bread and butter pickle chips, 2 Tablespoons prepared yellow mustard, and ¼ cup milk.
Cook, stirring frequently, until the cheese is melted.
Add the drained pasta and a little bit of pasta water if necessary to make a nice sauce.
Serve as is or garnish with your favorite burger toppings.
