Preheat the oven to 375℉. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cook 2 pounds lean ground beef, ½ cup onion, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper and ½ teaspoon garlic powder in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned, drain grease if necessary.
Stir in ½ cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons yellow mustard, and diced ½ cup dill pickles.
Mix in 1 cup shredded cheese, ½ cup milk, and 10.5 ounce condensed cheddar cheese soup.
Add to the prepared baking dish, then top with a single layer of 6 slices American cheese.
Top with 16 ounces frozen crinkle fries, then season with ½ teaspoon seasoned salt.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until fries are beginning to brown.
Top with remaining ½ cup of shredded cheese, then bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve with your favorite burger condiments.
