Lawry’s seasoned salt has been a staple in our house for as long as I can remember. It is such a great way to add lots of flavor to your food with very little effort.

But it is fun to make your own seasonings instead of buying mixes. It not only allows you to use the best, most flavorful spices, but it also allows you to customize it just the way you like it.

If you are in the mood to make your own seasoned salt, this is the recipe for you. It is simple, but really tasty.

We love using it on grilled meats. It is great on everything from chicken to burgers and everything in between.

It is also wonderful on vegetables. There really aren’t a lot of savory foods that don’t go well with a little bit of seasoned salt.

So whip up some for yourself and see how you like it. Add any of your favorite spices too, this is your mix so make it your way.

For an extra fine finish, you can put everything in a spice or coffee grinder. That will help to make the sugar granules smaller and more evenly distributed.

However, if you don’t have one, it will be fine just the way it is. Happy cooking!
