This creamy Parmesan baked cod is such a tasty way to enjoy fish for dinner. The cod fillets are topped in a simple creamy dressing and topped with more parmesan cheese. They are baked until flaky and delicious. This is a great meal even for those picky and fish-adverse eaters.

If you are looking for a tasty new way to make cod, you are in the right place. This is a quick and easy dinner option that we have been eating on repeat.
This recipe only takes a few minutes to put together and it doesn’t bake for long either. You can have dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes, making it perfect for a busy weeknight.
You can certainly try making this with other kinds of fish. We like cod because it has a nice texture and mild flavor.
It isn’t too fishy, so even people who don’t think they like fish like it. The topping is a simple mix of mayonnaise, chives, and Parmesan cheese with a splash of Worcestershire sauce to enhance the savory flavors.

The mayonnaise helps to keep the fish moist and delicious. The chives add a pop of freshness, though you could easily switch them out for scallions or other fresh herbs if you would like.

We love them as is, but you could broil the topping for a minute or two if you want it to brown up a bit. Serve them with a lemon wedge if desired to brighten it up a bit.
Our dinner was rounded out with some steamed broccoli and roasted potatoes. Really just about any of your favorite side dishes would go with cod though, so make your favorite.
Alright, that’s about it. I hope you give this one a try, I think you’ll love it.
