Preheat oven to 400℉ and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Arrange 2 pounds cod filets in the pan, trying to overlap as little as possible.
In a small bowl, stir together the ⅔ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, and ¼ cup chopped chives.
Spread mayonnaise mixture over the fish filets.
Top with additional 2-3 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
