These s’mores cookie cups are so much fun to make and even more fun to eat. Graham flavored cookies cradle marshmallow fluff and chocolate truffles making the iconic flavors quick and easy to grab and eat.

Soft graham cracker cookie cups filled with marshmallow fluff and delicious chocolate candies are a sweet tooth’s dream come true. They have all of the iconic flavors of classic s’mores but in a fun new package. Bake some up for summer bbqs, campouts, picnics, holiday cookie trays or just because!
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! I just love everything about the holiday season. There is just something so cozy and fun about this time of the year.
First, come the fun decorations and all of the excitement. Then, there’s the constant excuse to get together with friends and family, and with that comes plenty of excuses to bake! Yippee!

Though I have always loved the holidays, they are even more special now that Little Dude is at the perfectly magical age. He has been looking forward to Christmas since, well, last Christmas!
His wish list has been in progress since September and has been hanging by the fireplace since October just in case. It is so fun to watch him get excited and enjoy everything we do to get ready for the holidays.
He and my husband have already been discussing the lights outside. They have big plans to expand the display this year, but I have been sworn to secrecy.

I am no different. We’re hosting Thanksgiving this year, so I have been dreaming up menus for that. But what I am looking forward to the most is the Christmas baking and hosting.
I bring a tray of cookies to every holiday event we attend. It is so much fun to bake a variety of cookies and assemble them on pretty platters.

I have yet to run into someone who is unhappy when you show up with holiday treats. So it is a fun way to say thanks for having us.
We also host family for omelets on Christmas morning. I always have trays of cookies out for that as well.

There would be a few disappointed people if we didn’t have any. It is fun to see which cookies people gravitate towards and they get to take home to go cookies as well.
There are a few cookies that we just have to have each year. A cookie tray wouldn’t be complete without some sugar cookies, kolachy and crescent cookies.
But I don’t want anyone to get bored, so I have fun dreaming up one or two new kinds of cookies. It makes it fun for me to bake something different and it is fun for our guests as well to be guessing what might be available.
This year these fun cookies made an appearance on my cookie trays, but they didn’t stay there long. As soon as people saw the delicious truffles, they were intrigued.
Of course one bite was all it took to draw them in even more. And the problem with having three different types of chocolate truffles is you have to try them all to see which one you like best! (first world problems!)

If you are looking for a great way to treat your family to something extra special this year, let me tell you that this is a perfect way! The cookies themselves come together in almost no time, plus they can be made ahead and frozen until the day before your celebration.
Then all you have to do is assemble them for the party. The coffee is like a perfect warm hug. Imagine being greeted at the door with a fresh cup brewed just for you.

- If making cookies ahead of time, go ahead and bag and freeze at this stage.
- To serve place about a teaspoon of marshmallow fluff into each cookie. Top with a truffle and enjoy!¼ cup marshmallow fluff, 24 Lindt Lindor truffles

My mouth is watering just looking at these delicious treats! My family would love them!
Thank you, they were definitely a hit here too!
This is one of those "way cool" ideas!
Thank you so much!
We can't get enough of "The Balls" in our house…it's always fun to try new flavors!
They are so darn tasty! They went so well with the graham cookies too. Thanks so much!
I love these truffles, but adding them to a S'mores Cookie Cup? Perfection!
They just melt in your mouth, don't they? Thank you!
I so love Lindor truffles! Having them in a cookie form is another excuse of eating them!! Love the idea totally !!
Any excuse is a good one, right?! Thank you! xox
Hi Carlee, nlot sure I would be able to make these, or I could but there probably wouldn't be many Lindt balls to put in the cookies! I love Lindt balls and sometimes I find them here. The red ones are my favourite!… In fact if you greet your guests with a cup of coffee and a lindt ball cookie what's your address?… I do love Christmas, but I was a bit shocked to walk into a store the other day and see the shop had been decked out for Christmas already! The last of the summer tourists hadn't even left… I think anything short bready has to be my favourite festive cookie.
xx
Not popping all of the Lindt truffle in your mouth in the process is the hardest part for sure! You are welcome any time. I'll happily have the coffee and cookies ready!
Man, that is a loaded question! My favorite holiday cookie are butter cookies! #client
There is something about the classics, isn't there?
I love this. First- holiday blend K cups from Starbucks are my favorite. Then truffles. I love to just let them melt in my mouth. Do the white ones have a dark chocolate center?
The white ones have a creamy white center. They are really good, but I'm saving a few for Anthony when he comes to visit!
The only way to improve on s'mores is to top one with a truffle :). I love the Little Dude is so excited about Christmas; I wish I could get as excited as an adult but I guess those days are behind me. . .My sister still makes a huge Christmas list every year though, so maybe it's possible!
I know right? Though topping most anything with a truffle would make me want to eat it! He is having a blast and that makes it more fun for us. We are taking advantage of every last minute of magic while it lasts!
I'm sold!!! What a brilliant idea with the Lindor Truffles!!! These are cute and I bet mighty tasty!!! Great holiday idea!!! Have a wonderful Wednesday!!
They are sooooooo good! Thanks so much, Andrea!
