If you are looking for a family friendly casserole recipe that comes together in a jif, this is the recipe for you. The results are everything you would want for them to be.

When I saw this recipe, I knew we would love it. It is a lot like the one pot hot dish recipe we love so much.

All you have to do is brown up some ground beef and stir in some cream of mushroom soup. You know that is a good base for a casserole!

The egg noodles cook in the oven, so you don’t have to boil them ahead of time. In this casserole we used frozen peas, but you could use any vegetable you would like.

You could drain a can of green beans instead if you want. Or, try using frozen mixed vegetables instead of just peas.

Of course, a good casserole needs some cheese on top. Cheddar is our favorite option but feel free to use your favorite.

That’s it, the oven does the rest. You have to love a recipe like that!

I hope you make this casserole for dinner soon and if you do, I hope you love it.
