One Pot Hot Dish With Ground Beef

Please share

If you like simple meals that are done in 30 minutes with very few dirty dishes, you are in the right place! This one pot hot dish is creamy and delicious. It cooks quickly and is perfect for busy weeknights.

Plate with pasta, ground beef, and green beans in creamy sauce, ready to eat.

You get all of the comfort of a casserole without the dirty dishes or oven time. Everything cooks together on the stove for a satisfying but simple dinner.

This is another recipe that was shared with me on Facebook. Tracy shared it quite some time ago and knew we had to try it.

Serving spoon scooping out a helping of creamy one pot pasta with ground beef and green beans.

She is also the one who shared the mustard ranch chicken recipe that became an instant hit in our house. So, I knew it was going to be good.

I adjusted her recipe slightly as we made it. I added an extra can of green beans for more veggie goodness.

To counteract the additional liquid, I also increased the pasta a bit. So now the recipe makes a little bit more, but we still eat most of it in one sitting.

Ingredients including ground beef, an onion, cans of green beans, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, pepper, cream of mushroom soup, and egg noodles ready to be made into a one pot casserole.

We are lucky to have one serving for leftovers. Then it is a fight as to who gets to eat them!

While the resulting meal might not win a beauty pageant, it sure does taste good. So I recommend you give it a try!

Why You’ll Love This Recipe

You don’t have to boil the noodles first. They cook in the sauce. So, there is only one dirty pan.

It is really economical. The whole dinner comes together for less than ten dollars.

It’s all in one. You have your meat, starch, and veggies all in one dish.

You get all of the creamy goodness of a casserole without the long bake time. It is perfect for busy evenings.
