This fun frosted lemonade recipe only takes 2 ingredients to make. If you want to make your own homemade lemonade it only takes 3 ingredients (4 if you count the water!)

It really doesn’t get any easier than this and it tastes just like Chick-fil-A’s frosted lemonade. The difference is that it is cheaper.

And you don’t have to wait in line.

Oh, and you can enjoy it on a Sunday!

If you haven’t had a frosted lemonade, it is part milkshake and part creamy lemonade. It is cold, lemony, and delicious.

You can use your favorite lemonade or make your own using the recipe below. You could even use flavored lemonade if you want.

Can you imagine a frosted blackberry lemonade? Or you could make a frosted pink lemonade for something a little extra pretty!

Easy Frosted Lemonade Recipe

If you are looking for a fun way to cool off this summer, this easy frosted lemonade recipe is for you. It is creamy, cold, and oh so refreshing!

Ingredients 

Homemade Lemonade

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups ice cold water

Frosted Lemonade

  • 6 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 3 cups lemonade

Instructions 

Frosted Lemonade

  • Put the 6 cups vanilla ice cream and 3 cups lemonade in a blender. (You can do it in batches if you have a smaller blender.)
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy right away. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh lemon slices if desired.

Easy Lemonade

  • Put 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice, 2 cups ice cold water, and ½ cup granulated sugar in a small pitcher.
  • Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Notes

You can make single serve versions of this recipe using a cup of ice cream and ½ cup of lemonade.
