If you love savory snacks (and pickles!) you are going to love this dill pickle dip. It is great with potato chips, vegetables, and more.

There is just something about a cool and creamy dip with ruffled potato chips or crudité. It is the perfect snack for everything from game day to parties.
I was digging through my grandma’s recipes and found this recipe for dill pickle dip. Now, I am a huge fan of dill pickles, so I knew I had to give it a try.
I kept the recipe pretty much as it was. The only thing I changed was adding some extra dried dill.

I figured even more dill kick would be great and I have to say that I was right. The best part it how simple the dip is to make.

Other than softening the cream cheese, it just takes a few minutes to put together. Dice the pickles as fine or chunky as you like.
It will taste great either way, so it is more a matter of how chunky you would like your dip to be.
You can serve the dip right away, or put it in the fridge for a while to let the flavors meld. You can keep the leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
We spent Easter afternoon playing some board games and it was a hit with everyone. Even my husband liked it, and he isn’t a pickle fan.

You may enjoy pickle wrap dip as well. It adds chipped beef and cheddar for a different twist on a pickle dip.
Or try making pinwheel appetizers with pickles. They are my husband’s favorite despite not liking pickles.
