Venison Stir Fry

Venison stir fry is a quick and easy dinner that has plenty of veggies and tender meat. Make sure you have some rice ready to go and dinner will be ready in no time!

If you are lucky like us, there is a good supply of deer meat in the freezer. We love using the ground venison for things like a good hearty venison chili.

However we enjoy using whole cuts of venison as well. Backstraps often find their way onto the grill as bul kogi style venison (it is marinated like Korean BBQ and it is so good!)

We also enjoy crockpot venison and broccoli. It tastes like Chinese takeout, but is great for a busy night because its made in a slow cooker.

Now that I think about it, most of our venison ends up in an Asian inspired marinade. I guess we know what we like!

This stir fry is super simple to put together. You will want to marinate your meat for a few hours, but you can prep that part in the morning if you want.

Then all you have to do at dinner time is chop some veggies and spend a few minutes at the stove. Dinner will be done by the time the rice is cooked!

Of course you can use beef if you don’t have venison. It will still taste great!

Once you see how quick and easy this recipe is, you are going to want to make it all of the time. It is a great way to get a balanced meal on the table without a ton of effort.
