Venison stir fry is a quick and easy dinner that has plenty of veggies and tender meat. Make sure you have some rice ready to go and dinner will be ready in no time!
In a plastic bag, add 1 tablespoon oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, wine vinegar, and venison. Stir, seal, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours but up to 8 hours.
Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium to medium-high heat. Sauté the onion, pepper, and carrot, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.
Add the venison along with the marinade to the pan. Stir in the honey and stir fry for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add the broccoli and garlic. Stir fry everything together for another 3-4 minutes or until the broccoli reaches your desired level on doneness.
Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds, chili flakes, and/or green onions if desired.
