Bbq chicken doesn’t have to be done on the grill. You can make tender and flavorful chicken in the oven as well. This recipe helps you get that delicious bbq flavor on the table no matter the weather.

Another one of our favorites is easy marinated chicken. It can be cooked in the oven or on the grill for a tasty dinner.
- 1 chicken cut into pieces, or several of your favorite chicken pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Place chicken in baking dish and sprinkle with spices
- Cover and bake for one hour
- Drain grease then pour BBQ sauce over chicken
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes
- Use a thermometer to ensure the middle of the chicken is 165° F
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve
