- 20 ounces pineapple chunks in juice
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 1 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Place spiral ham in crockpot.7-8 pound spiral ham
- Stir the mustard and brown sugar together in a small bowl. Add the juice from the pineapple. Mix to combine.¼ cup Dijon mustard, 1 cup brown sugar, 20 ounces pineapple chunks in juice
- Arrange some of the pineapple chunks between the slices of ham. Put the rest on and around the ham. Pour the sauce over the ham.
- Cook on low for about 3 to 3½ hours. Spoon some sauce over the ham with about an hour left to cook and again before serving.
