Crockpot Spiral Ham With Pineapple

This crockpot spiral ham is a perfect special occasion meal. It cooks with pineapple, mustard, and brown sugar to hit all of those sweet and savory notes. Plus it doesn't take up any oven space, so you have plenty of room to bake all of the side dishes and desserts!

Ingredients

  • 7-8 pound spiral ham
  • 20 ounces pineapple chunks in juice
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  • Place spiral ham in crockpot.
  • Stir the mustard and brown sugar together in a small bowl. Add the juice from the pineapple. Mix to combine.
  • Arrange some of the pineapple chunks between the slices of ham. Put the rest on and around the ham. Pour the sauce over the ham.
  • Cook on low for about 3 to 3½ hours. Spoon some sauce over the ham with about an hour left to cook and again before serving.
