Choosing a Pan
You will want a nice big saucepan that has a lid for this recipe. I used a 3 quart saucepan and I wouldn’t want to use anything smaller without reducing the size of the recipe.

As LD and I were eating this, we were thinking about what other kinds of fruit we could make it with. We loved it so much, we want more!

We decided just about any kind of berry would work, or even a mix of berries. I almost think you could do peaches as well.
Please let me know if you make other fruits and dumplings and be sure to make this recipe. It is definitely on our list to make a few more times before we run out of berries.
