Apple Butter Ice Cream Without Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 cup apple butter
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups half and half
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir together the ¾ cup granulated sugar and 1 cup apple butter until they are fully incorporated.
- Add the 4 cups half and half, 1 pinch salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir until uniform.
- Chill if needed, then pour into your ice cream maker. Churn according to your machine's instructions. Mine took about 30 minutes.
- Transfer into freezer containers and freeze for at least 3 hours or until frozen firm.
