Ham and Cheese Breakfast Sliders

Breakfast sliders can be assembled ahead of time and baked when you are ready. They taste delicious with the melted cheese, soft interior and buttery toasted tops.


Dinner rolls Eggs Ham Cheese Sour cream Dijon mustard Butter

Make soft scrambled eggs with the eggs and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.


Cut the rolls in half across the equator and layer with the ham, eggs and cheese.

Brush the tops with butter and Dijon mustard then cover and bake.

The insides stay nice and soft but the tops get toasty and delicious.
