Tapioca Orange Fluff

This vintage orange fluff recipe with tapioca is cool and refreshing. It is also nostalgic in the best kind of way. If you like orange creamsicles and Jello salads, this recipe is for you.

Ingredients

  • 1 3 oz box orange Jello powder
  • 1 3.12 oz box cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1 3.25 oz box package cook and serve tapioca pudding mix
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 1 15 oz. can mandarin oranges well drained

Instructions

  • Mix together 1 3 oz box orange Jello powder, 1 3.12 oz box cook and serve vanilla pudding mix and 1 1 3.25 oz box package cook and serve tapioca pudding mix in large sauce pan.
  • Add 2 cups water and 2 cups milk. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently, over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Fold 8 ounces Cool Whip and 1 15 oz. can mandarin oranges into the mixture. Chill for at least an hour or two.
  • Serve cold and store leftovers in the refrigerator.
