This homemade salsa recipes features fresh veggies that are roasted until extra delicious. That extra flavor takes almost no effort but adds so much flavor!
2jalapeno peppersseeded and deribbed unless you like it hot!
2teaspoonsminced garlic
½teaspooncumin
½cupfresh cilantrochopped
1Tablespoonlime juice
Instructions
Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
Cut vegetables into half, or large chunks. Place on sheet pan and broil on high for 7-10 minutes or until the skins develop a nice char. Set aside to cool.
Once most of the way back to room temperature, place vegetables in a food processor. Add cilantro, garlic, cumin and lime juice.
Pulse the food processor until you reach your desired consistency and then adjust flavor as desired.
