Sunshine Fruit Salad
Give your fruit an upgrade with sunshine fruit salad. It is simple to make and features mandarin oranges, pineapple, and bananas in a creamy dressing. It is refreshing and delicious!

Ingredients

20 oz
cans pineapple chunks
1
15 oz
can mandarin oranges
2
bananas
3
oz.
vanilla instant pudding mix
Instructions
Empty one can of pineapple chunks along with the juice into a large mixing bowl. Drain the second can and add only the fruit to the bowl.
Drain the mandarin oranges and add the orange segments to the bowl.
Slice the bananas and add to the bowl. Toss to coat the bananas in the pineapple juice.
Sprinkle the pudding mix powder over the fruit. Stir to combine.
Chill for an hour before serving.
When ready to serve, stir to coat everything in the pudding mixture and enjoy!
