Ingredients

Tablespoons
butter
16
ounces
frozen corn
½
teaspoon
salt
¼
teaspoon
ground black pepper
½
cup
water
1
Tablespoon
all-purpose flour
¼
cup
milk
3
Tablespoon
grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Melt
3 Tablespoons butter
in skillet over medium heat.
Add
16 ounces frozen corn
,
½ teaspoon salt
and
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
and toss to coat.
Pour
½ cup water
over corn and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to low. Stir
1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
into
¼ cup milk
and pour over corn. Cook, stirring frequently until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in
3 Tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
.
