Rock Bottom Pie

You don't have to be at rock bottom to fall head over heels for this rock bottom pie. A dreamy no bake peanut butter filling loaded with Oreo bits, it's the kind of retro dessert that chocolate and peanut butter lovers go absolutely wild for. One bite and your family will be hooked.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 10 Oreos lightly crushed
  • 9 inch chocolate pie crust

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup peanut butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Mix in half of the 8 ounces Cool Whip to lighten the mixture a bit.
  • Fold in the remaining whipped topping.

  • Roughly chop 10 Oreos. Stir the pieces into the peanut butter mixture.
  • Spread the filling in a 9 inch chocolate pie crust crust and chill for at least an hour before serving.
