Ranch Oyster Crackers
Cute little oyster crackers coated in all of the ranch seasoning flavors we love — plus extra dill and a hint of garlic to make them totally irresistible. They're perfect for snacking straight from the bowl or tossed on top of soup or a salad for a pop of flavor and crunch. Hard to make just one batch!

Ingredients
- 1 ounce packet ranch dressing mix
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 to 16 ounces oyster crackers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F
- In a large bowl, stir together 1 ounce packet ranch dressing mix, ¼ cup vegetable oil, 2 teaspoon dried dill weed, and ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
- Pour 12 to 16 ounces oyster crackers into the bowl and toss until coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Spread in a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, stirring half way through.
- Cool the seasoned crackers completely before storing in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
Notes
You can use canola oil or another neutral flavored oil in place of the vegetable oil.
