Preheat oven to 300°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
In a medium bowl, stir together ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter and ¼ cup honey.
Add ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon salt, 1½ cup old fashioned rolled oats, and 2 Tablespoons ground flax seeds. Stir until everything is coated with the peanut butter mixture.
Spread granola over prepared pan. Bake for 6 minutes, stir, then bake for 6 more minutes.
Allow to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container.
Store at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
