If you like simple meals that are done in 30 minutes with very few dirty dishes, you are in the right place! This one pot hot dish is creamy and delicious. It cooks quickly and is perfect for busy weeknights.
Season the 1 pound ground beef with¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, and ¼ teaspoon garlic powder. Brown over medium heat in a braiser or deep skillet.
Dice the 1 small onion and add to the ground beef. Cook until translucent.
Add the 2 cans french cut green beans, 10.5 oz. cream of mushroom soup, 10.5 oz. milk ,2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, and 3 cups wide egg noodles. Bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat to low. Allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the pasta is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.
It is delicious as is. But, you can top with a little shredded cheese or french fried onions if you would like. Pop under the broiler for a minute if desired to melt the cheese or crisp the onions.
