Turn strawberry milk powder into fun no-bake cookies. These are like the classic chocolate and peanut butter no bake cookies, but strawberry instead! They are a great alternative if you can't have nuts or a great way to use up the extra powder.
Line a cookie sheet or two with wax paper or parchment paper and set aside.
Place 2 cups granulated sugar, ½ cup butter, and ½ cup milk in a large saucepan. Heat over medium to medium-high heat stirring frequently.
Watch carefully and set a timer for 2 minutes as soon as the mixture starts to boil.
After 2 minutes, remove the pan from the heat. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and ¾ cup strawberry milk powder.
Add 4 cups old fashioned oats and stir until evenly coated.
Working quickly, scoop the mixture onto the wax paper lined cookie sheets. I used a medium cookie scoop and got about 36 cookies. You can make them as big or small as you would like.
Allow to cool and harden at room temperature or put in the fridge for a bit to help them set faster.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
