This creamy no-bake peanut butter pie in a buttery Oreo crust is topped with Reese's peanut butter cups for the ultimate chocolate and peanut butter treat. It takes very few ingredients to make and is sure to be a huge hit. It's rich, creamy, and so delicious!
Process 24 Double Stuf Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or a thick plastic bag and rolling pin. Put crumbs in pie plate.
Melt 5 Tablespoons butter and add to Oreo crumbs. Mix with hands until all of the crumbs are evenly coated in butter.
Press into a crust covering the bottom and sides of the pan. It can be helpful to use the bottom of a class or measuring cup to apply even firm pressure.
Chill the pie crust for at least 10 minutes to set the butter.
Filling
In a large bowl, beat 8 oz. cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy.
Add 1 cup creamy peanut butter and ¾ cup powdered sugar. Mix until combined.
Spoon in half of the 8 oz. Cool Whip. Stir until uniform.
Fold in the remaining whipped topping until incorporated.
Spoon into prepared pie crust. Add toppings if desired.
Chill for at least two hours before serving.
