Junk Yard Salad
This vintage junk yard fruit salad recipe is creamy and delicious. It is a great make ahead side dish or dessert that is perfect all spring and summer long. Make some for picnics, carry-ins, pool parties and more!

Ingredients

cherry pie filling

ounces
sweetened condensed milk
20
ounces
crushed pineapple
drained
2
cups
mini marshmallows
8
ounces
Cool Whip
1
pint
fresh blueberries
1
cup
toasted chopped pecans
optional
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the pie filling, condensed milk, and drained pineapple.
Stir in the marshmallows and whipped topping.
Fold in the blueberries and pecans, if using.
Cover and chill for at least two hours before serving.
Notes
You can use fresh whipped cream in place of the Cool Whip, but it won't be as stable.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
