Honey Lime Slaw
This zesty coleslaw is loaded with lime, cilantro and Sriracha goodness. It is easy to make and goes perfect with grilled meat or tacos.

lime juice

cumin

honey

teaspoon
sriracha

teaspoon
salt

vegetable oil

bag of tri-color coleslaw mix
1
cup
chopped cilantro
Instructions
Mix together lime juice, cumin, honey, sriracha, salt and oil.
Stir in coleslaw and chill for at least an hour, preferably a couple of hours. Stir occasionally.
Mix slaw to redistribute the dressing, then toss in the cilantro
Serve. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
