Homemade Strawberry Hot Chocolate Mix
This pretty pink strawberry hot chocolate mix recipe is super simple to make. Just add hot water or hot milk to make a cozy and fun drink. This is a must make treat this winter!
Servings: 12 Servings (about 2¼ cups of mix)
Ingredients
To Make Mix
- 7 ounces white chocolate good quality
- ⅓ cup powdered milk
- 1 cup strawberry Nesquick or similar
To Make Strawberry Hot Chocolate
- 2-3 Tablespoons strawberry hot chocolate mix
- 1 cup boiling milk or water
- optional: marshmallows or whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Roughly chop 7 ounces white chocolate.
- Put chocolate in a blender or food processor. Pulse until it is finely chopped.
- Add the ⅓ cup powdered milk and 1 cup strawberry Nesquick to the blender or food processor. Pulse until the mixture is mixed and has a powdery consistency.
- Store in an airtight container or mason jar until ready to use.
To Make Hot Chocolate
- Add 2-3 Tablespoons strawberry hot chocolate mix to 1 cup boiling milk or water and stir until dissolved. Garnish with marshmallow or whipped cream (and sprinkles!) if desired. Enjoy!
