This classic ham salad recipe is perfect for sandwiches. It’s also great on crackers or lettuce wraps. Make it for lunch, bring it on picnics, or enjoy it as a snack.
In a medium bowl, stir together ¾ cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 teaspoons prepared mustard, ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, and ½ teaspoon seasoned salt.
Add the ½ cup celery, ¼ cup green onions, and 5 cups fully cooked ham. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve on bread or slider buns for sandwiches or pile on crackers or leaf lettuce for a snack.
Notes
Use your favorite kind of mustard, pretty much anything works here.
For a finer ham salad, put the ham in a food processor and pulse until the meat resembles small crumbs.
Store ham salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
