½cupgranulated sugar
1teaspoonground cinnamon
13 oz boxcook and serve butterscotch pudding mix
½cupbutter
½cuplight brown sugarpacked
½cuppecan pieces
Instructions
Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
Arrange 1 package Rhodes frozen dinner rolls (24 rolls) in the pan.
Stir together ½ cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 1 3 oz box cook and serve butterscotch pudding mix in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the frozen balls of dough.
Melt the ½ cup butter and ½ cup light brown sugar together in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Once the sugar is dissolved, remove from the heat and drizzle the mixture over the rolls. Sprinkle with ½ cup pecan pieces
Spray a sheet of aluminum foil with nonstick spray. Then, tightly cover the pan. Allow to set at room temperature for 5-8 hours or in the fridge for 9-12 hours.
Before baking, preheat the oven to 350℉ (and get the rolls out of the fridge if they were in there.) Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before turning the rolls out onto a rimmed platter or cookie sheet. Be careful because the butterscotch mixture will be hot.
The rolls are best served fresh warm. However, they can be reheated in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to help refresh them.
Notes
Store extra rolls in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
