This is the perfect spread for sandwiches or crackers. Take the leftover ham and hard boiled eggs from Easter and turn them into lunch… or dinner… or a snack! You will love the not to the flavor of deviled eggs mixed with savory ham all in one fabulous salad.
In a small bowl, mix together ½ cup mayonnaise, 1½ teaspoons prepared yellow mustard, 1½ teaspoons vinegar, 1½ teaspoons granulated sugar, 1½ Tablespoons sweet relish, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon paprika, and ½ teaspoon salt.
Chop 6 hard boiled eggs and 1½ cups ham into small pieces.
Stir ham and eggs into dressing and refrigerate until ready to use.
