Cut 2 Tablespoons butter into small pieces. Distribute the butter over the carrots. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon ground ginger, and ½ teaspoon salt.
Drizzle ⅓ cup honey over carrots. Cook on high for 4-5 hours.
Stir to coat and serve. If the glaze is too thin, remove the slow cooker lid and cook on high until it thickens a bit.
