Creamy Sausage Rotel Dip
If you need a super easy, but really satisfying, appetizer, this creamy sausage Rotel dip is for you. It only takes 3 ingredients and is so good with tortilla chips.

bulk sausage
10
ounces
Rotel
or similar
16
ounces
cream cheese
Instructions
Brown
1 pound bulk sausage
in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the
16 ounces cream cheese
and
10 ounces Rotel
.
Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the cream cheese melts and everything is combined.
Serve immediately or transfer to a crockpot and keep on warm until ready to serve.
Notes
We like using thick restaurant-style tortilla chips with this dip, but you can use your favorite dippers.
