Copycat Chocolate Frosty

If you want to be able to make a creamy, lightly chocolatey frosty at home, this is the recipe for you. It only takes 3 ingredients. The hardest part is waiting for it to freeze.

Ingredients

  • ½ gallon chocolate milk
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip frozen

Instructions

  • Put about half of the ingredients in the blender. Process until just combined. Pour into freezer container or containers.
  • Process the remaining ingredients and pour into containers.
  • Freeze until the desired consistency, shaking or stirring every 45 minutes or so. If you are using individual sized jars, this should just take a few hours. For larger quart jars, closer to 4 hours. If you put it all in a gallon container, it will take closer to 8 hours.
  • Serve frozen and keep leftovers in the freezer.

Notes

This recipe makes about  3 quarts of Frosty mixture.
If you have a large ice cream maker, you can churn it instead of freezing it and stirring it every so often. That will help to get a super creamy texture.
