Cookie butter puppy chow is a fun twist on classic muddy buddies. It has the flavors of Biscoff cookies and vanilla on crunchy cereal. It is the perfect sweet snack.
In a large microwave safe bowl, heat 1 cup white chocolate chips and 1 cup cookie butter for 30 seconds on high. Stir well and then return to the microwave, heating in 15 second bursts. Stir after each trip to the microwave and stop once it stirs smooth.
Add the 7 cups rice Chex and carefully stir to coat. You don't want to crush the cereal, but it all should be well coated.
Put 2 cups powdered sugar in a gallon zipper bag, then add the chocolate coated cereal. Close the bag and shake to coat.
Allow to set completely before serving. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
Rice Chex (or similar) is my personal preference for making puppy chow or muddy buddies. However corn Chex or Crispix also work well. You can even use a combination of them if you have several boxes to use up.
