Making your own chicken salad wraps is easy. They are really delicious and are perfect for lunch or a quick dinner. This chicken salad recipe features cranberries and apples for a fabulous mix of flavors and textures.

Ingredients

cups
cooked chicken
diced

cup
diced apple
¾
cup
dried sweetened cranberries
¾
cup
slivered almonds
¾
cup
mayonnaise

Tablespoon
Dijon mustard
½
teaspoon
ground black pepper

teaspoon
salt

tortillas

cups
lettuce
Instructions
In a large bowl, stir together the
¾ cup mayonnaise
,
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
,
¼ teaspoon salt
and
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
.
Add the
3 cups cooked chicken
,
¾ cup diced apple
,
¾ cup slivered almonds
, and
¾ cup dried sweetened cranberries
. Stir until everything is combined.
Cover and chill if making ahead, or go ahead and assemble the wraps.
To make a wrap, fill a tortilla with about ⅓ cup of lettuce (or your desired amount) and about ¾ cup of chicken salad.
Roll the tortilla around the filling and enjoy!
