Banana Pudding Icebox Cake
This super easy banana pudding icebox cake is simple to make and won't heat up your kitchen. It is loaded with fresh bananas and a rich pudding layered between graham crackers. It is such a fun dessert!

Ingredients
2½
cups
milk
cold
1
14 oz can
sweetened condensed milk
2
3.4 oz boxes
vanilla instant pudding mix
3
cups
heavy cream
cold
1
14.4 oz box
graham crackers

bananas

Cool Whip
or more whipped cream

Instructions
In a large bowl, stir together
2½ cups milk
and
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
.
Add
2 3.4 oz boxes vanilla instant pudding mix
and mix until combined. Chill while whipping the cream.
In a separate bowl, whip
3 cups heavy cream
to stiff peaks.
Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
Layer 1 sleeve of graham crackers on the bottom of a deep 9x13-inch pan.
Slice
7 bananas
and layer half of the slices on the graham crackers.
Spread half of the pudding mixture over the banana slices.
Repeat with another sleeve of graham crackers, the rest of the banana slices, and the pudding mixture. Top with the last sleeve of graham crackers.
Spread
8 ounces Cool Whip
over the top of the cake. Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
