Baked salmon with lemon and dill is easy enough to be a weeknight dinner, but also good enough to serve company. The flavors are simple, but go so well together.

Ingredients

pound
boneless side of salmon
skin on or off depending on your preference
1
lemon

Tablespoons
butter
1
bunch
fresh dill
½
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400℉
Place a large sheet of aluminum foil on a rimmed baking sheet. Put fish in the middle of the foil
Slice the lemon. Squeeze the ends over the fish. Arrange the slices over the salmon.
Cut butter into small pieces and arrange over the fish along with some of the dill.
Sprinkle everything with salt.
Wrap the fish in the foil and bake for about 20 minutes or until flaky.
Serve with more fresh lemon and dill if desired.
