Peanut Butter Oreo Balls
You are just three ingredients away from the most fabulous chocolate dipped peanut butter chocolate cookie truffles. These candies are easy to make and super delicious!

Ingredients

ounce
package Oreos
1
cup
creamy peanut butter
1
pound
dipping chocolate
sprinkles or chopped peanuts for sprinkling on top
or white chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
In a food processor, process the Oreos into crumbs.
Add the peanut butter and process until well mixed.
Gently roll small amounts of cookie mixture between your hands to form into small balls. Place on wax paper lined tray.
Freeze truffles for at least one hour.
Melt chocolate over double boiler or in the microwave.
Dip frozen cookie balls in chocolate and place back on wax paper. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts or sprinkles if desired.
Allow to set and then store in an airtight container for up to a couple of weeks.
