Raspberry Sorbet With Honey
Raspberry sorbet is the perfect balance of sweet and a tiny bit tart. It is loaded with fruit and the goodness of honey. Luckily it is super simple to make and tastes fresh and delicious.

Ingredients

pounds
fresh or frozen raspberries
1½
cups
water
1½
cups
honey

Tablespoons
lemon juice
zest from one lemon
optional
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Whir it together until it is all fully incorporated and the berries have broken down.
You can filter out the seeds if you would like.
Place in the bowl of your ice cream machine and process according to the manufacturers directions.
Store in the freezer until ready to eat.
