Creamy no-bake peanut butter pie is easy to make and tastes so good. Put it in an Oreo crust and top with with Reese's peanut butter cups for an extra special chocolate and peanut butter treat.
Process Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or a thick plastic bag and rolling pin. Put crumbs in pie plate.
Melt butter and add to Oreo crumbs. Mix with hands until all of the crumbs are evenly coated in butter.
Press into a crust covering the bottom and sides of the pan. It can be helpful to use the bottom of a class or measuring cup to apply even firm pressure.
Chill the pie crust for at least 10 minutes to set the butter.
Filling
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy.
Add the peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix until combined.
Spoon in half of the whipped topping. Stir until uniform.
Fold in the remaining whipped topping until incorporated.
Spoon into prepared pie crust. Add toppings if desired.
Chill for at least two hours before serving.
