If you are looking for a quick and easy way to take a tube of cinnamon roll dough to the next level, you are in the right place! These gooey buns cook in a sauce made from butter, brown sugar and pure maple syrup to make an out of this world treat that is ready in no time at all.
Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a 9" pie plate, square baking dish or round cake pan.
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter, brown sugar and maple syrup together. Remove from heat when the butter is melted and the brown sugar is dissolved. Do not boil.
Pour maple sauce into the bottom of your greased baking dish. Arrange cinnamon roll dough over the top of the sauce.
Bake according to the directions on the tube of cinnamon rolls.
Allow to cool for 1-2 minutes before inverting the rolls onto a rimmed serving dish.
