Slow Cooker Rice Pudding
This creamy slow cooker rice pudding has the goodness of sweetened condensed milk and cinnamon cooked inside. It is slightly caramelized, really comforting and so easy to make.

Ingredients

cups
arborio rice
14
oz.
sweetened condensed milk
5
cups
whole milk
½
teaspoon
cinnamon
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
½
cup
raisins
optional
Instructions
Grease slow cooker insert.
Stir all ingredients together in the slow cooker.
Cook on high for 2½ to 3½ hours or until most of the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender.
Serve warm or chilled. Top with grated nutmeg if desired.
