Ingredients
Homemade Brownie Mix

cup
all purpose flour
1
teaspoon
baking powder
1½
cups
granulated sugar
1
teaspoon
salt
1
cup
cocoa powder
1
cup
chocolate chips or other mix-ins
To Make The Brownies
1
cup
melted butter
or oil
3
large
eggs
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Assembling Mix
Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cocoa powder.
Spoon into quart jar or plastic bag.
Add nuts, chocolate chips or other add-ins as desired.
To Bake
Pour mix into a large mixing bowl.
Add melted butter or oil, eggs and vanilla. Stir until uniform.
Spread in a greased 9x13-inch pan and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
